Excel Professional Service (EPS) provides for-profit and nonprofit small business management and grant readiness consulting, as well as training solutions in leadership and performance designed to strengthen administrative systems and improve workforce accountability to align results with your mission.
We provide leadership development tools that help identify and close gaps in key performance measurements to improve staff performance and strengthen departmental results. Through our Measuring Impact Training, we align teams with strategic goals, define clear success indicators, and help to build a culture of accountability and measurable growth. 

EPS specializes in customized learning experiences that integrate leadership, strategy, and operational performance-delivered through interactive workshops, onsite training, and virtual sessions.
